Public Speaking

The one thing that I've learned over the course of the last three years is; conversations surrounding mental health are needed!

I have had to opportunity to speak with people from all walks of life, whether in the Public Safety, Military, Veteran and Civilian sectors from British Columbia to Newfoundland & Labrador, no matter what age or profession, Mental Health affects us all.

All I can do is share my story in the hope that I may inspire another to ask for help, or proceed in helping someone they know or love get the help they may need.
